Plot Synopsis, Review
Two football stars goto cheerleading camp for the summer for the endless supply of girls. After they start to get bored, they both start to fall in love with a certain girls, and actually start to like cheerleading.
Fun. This film is somewhat similar to the likes of American Pie in that all these guys want is sex. The film is very funny and entertaining, even if it's so predictable and cliche for the genre. It was watchable, and gives the audience many comebacks to use in the future. I'd even call it "Bring It On" for the male audience.
The plot was solid and simple, and extremely funny. It delves into high school stereotypes a little, and breaks them at the end. It successfully juggles beween being predictable and slightly Over-the-top, and maintaining it's pacing.
The acting was good. "Eric Christian Olsen" and "Nicholas D'Agosto" were believable as the jocks, and "Sarah Roemer" was slightly annoying, but good too. "Molly Sims" was also average in her role.
Overall "Fired Up" is fun and watchable teen film, that is "Bring It On" for guys. My rating is 3/5.
